Osprey has completed a number of specialized processed air systems for a number of industries ranging from Food Processing to Engine Manufacturing. The systems have been engineered to either assist or improve production whilst meeting current legislation. Exhaust manifold cooling tunnel for a major car manufacturer using ambient air to cool engines after testing dropping the manifold temperature from 180º C to 60º C in one minute
     
Process air system for a major international Non-wovens manufacturer supplying air for the forming process, complete with filtration and plant sound enclosure.
Exhaust systems from a food processing plant, which included exhaust from the cooking vats, and ovens. Heat from various exhausts, boilers and refrigeration equipment was used to provide hot wash down water.
